Looking to workout with your partner, friends or co-workers in a small group setting? I offer customized group fitness sessions for 2-10 people. Each session will include a warm-up, full body workout, and a cool down. The full body workout consists of strength and high-intensity interval training, with options to modify for any fitness level.
